From My Account → Manage Subscription, click "Cancel Auto-Renewal". Your subscription continues until the end of the paid period.
You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if the service hasn't been used. Contact us via the support page.

Check your internet speed (we recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD), or manually lower video quality from the player settings.
Check that the audio is not muted in the player settings and on your device. Try refreshing the page or using another browser.
Downloads are not currently available, but we're working on adding this feature soon in the app.
